Either facilities contact us or we reach out to nursing leaders at these facilities
Gain insights about the services that residents at the facilities would be interested in/learn about past experiences of residents that help us form playlists for them
Arrive at the facility in-person and set up the services that residents would like installed. Teach them/their nurses about how to use these services (if needed) and request them to contact us about any changes they would like in the future.
Gain valuable feedback about the quality of our services and implement any changes on a case-by-case basis. We are always open to suggestions on how to improve what we can offer in these daunting environments!
